Returns and exchanges

  • Only a store credit (NO REFUNDS) will be issued for returns which expires in 6 months.
  • You have 7 days after the order has been delivered for any returns or exchanges.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags fully attached, and in the original packaging. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 7-day grace period; (2)worn; (3) altered; (4)washed; (5)or damaged in any way. Swimsuits must have liners and tags at the time of return.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: Jewelry, Accessories and Sale items

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
  • Store credit must be used completely at the time of redemption.
  • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
